issue here? Did someone said something else? All the jobs are really appreciated even the Garbage collector that you would never accept his job. Without him see what would happen and Friday is a very good example of what might happen if they won't work for one week. It is just one day and you would be bothered, seeing the garbage and bad smells everywhere.

Life should be like that, some work as doctors, as engineers, salesmen, cashiers ... and we all need each other.

Though you tried to make a point of racisim yje way you put it that all Asians are menial workers while all English are managers, Let me correct you there are numerous extremely high paid Asians in Qatar who also make Qatar tick

i dont say all, i think a few,they no who i mean, most people here respect them

I see no point in ranting about what people say about other people. It's just basically making the whole thing bonkers. Such a waste of time.

People have their opinions. That's just life hey. What you can do, if you are really affected by the issue is when you're out you can do your part by smiling at them or treat them as if you value what they're doing. Simple.

Actually, speaking of such topic, there isn't any English man, here in Qatar, who is living a low/bad life. They all have the first priority to be mangers/head of things, and with all their certificates etc.

Indians and Filipinos should surely be something much higher than they do - talking about how much they work - but again, they have no qualifications, certificates etc.
And after all, if there wasn't any men who work such low jobs(garbage cleaner etc.), whom will we have to do it??
Thanks to them, and I really feel they deserve more money.

Ive had many good expereinces in dealing with filipinos for various things. They understand, speak clearly, are polite, and on the same wave-length if ya know what I mean...

Just "FYI" for each and everyone...you know what's the secret of each filipino's here in Qatar?..it's their passion and dedication towards work...their hardships cultivates them to become a better one in their chosen field...i am so grateful that nowadays, they are really appreciated what we are doing or rather should i say our contribution to each company here in Doha...and with that, i am "Proudly Pinoy!.." =)

I didn't mean it in any bad way...we were just talking about the Indian and Filipino workers...and I just said, the ones who work in low jobs have no certificates - which brings us to that: if they did have certificates, they wouldn't of worked these jobs.
But surely, there are many Filipinos and Indians who work in high positions, and get high salaries etc.

Anyone who misunderstood my previous post, do read this one for more clarification.

the secret of each filipino is Qatar is that he knew a filipino who was in Qatar before him, and this is true of all nationalities. no offence meant.

By and large hiring in qatar is by referrals.

You're 100% right...nationality does matter. Especially if you're American/British, then you have the first priority for getting that job.
