The colour of gold
DH wants to buy me a gold chain to replace one I have, we wondered if the gold souq is the best place to go??
Also, I have noticed a lot of gold here is a very yellow colour, can you get 18carat gold here??
Any ideas??

I have seen some 18ct in the ...I have seen some 18ct in the gold souq, but you have to hunt around cos most of it is 24ct (and hence very yellow).

thanx tallg ...it is to match a pendant he bought me when we first met, I never take it off but the chain is a bit thin, so he wants to buy me it for my birthday

yes ...i bought nice 18c gold chain in souq very nice,looks more like gold than 22 24 they look yellow as u said,carefore expensive.souq cheaper good luck
