You could have it covered ...You could have it covered with petals from flowers (roses if you prefer), candlelight dinner on board, soft music in the background... i think Qatar Adventures could do something like this for you!!!

Date Champagne if your not a ...Date Champagne if your not a drinker... You can get your own private musicians to serenade you too. Koko37 is right ask QIA if you are renting the boat from them.
Also plan your timing right, get a full moon and a reliable photographer (even the Dhow captain if he has a steady hand should do you right) just make sure you have a good camera, you won't be able to shoot those shots again.
Why don't you ask the dhow to drop you off at the Four Seasons pier for a candlelit dinner at the end... Beats a shwarma! Good luck!

A simple Picnic ...prepared by you personally, in a basket with sparkling grape juice and the Madam's favourite music. Goodluck & congrats

i got one its silly but i like it ...Cooke some Italian Food and take table, 2 chairs, candles, cd player to put some soft music and wine if its allowed, and go to beach and there u can ask her.
or if u can't do all of this just go to a hotel near to the beach and ask them to do that for u.
