you are looking at the wrong place, PEARLNECKLACE ...there are almost no russian girls in qatar, al hamdullillah.. and very few that are here.. they are taken, and taken very well...lol...

blazingjesse ...it's not that THEY "accept" PayPal. Yes, Anastasia International has launched a Paypal Payment System.. but PayPal does NOT accept payments from Qatar...at least was not accepting till lately... see the difference? maybe something has changed now.. but again...if you know how does it work, you should understand that sure PayPal system should be integrated into the web site in order to receive secure payments from the credit cards..
and then it is a responsibility of PayPal either to accept or to deny the payment. So until lately Paypal did not accept payments from Qatar. Clear now?
