Quit Smoking
Hi....today is my 6th day since i went smoke free.......I had tried several times before also but failed...however this time I am determined to make it happen for my my own good and also for the sake of my family. I still get bad carvings sometime which I hope will eventually go.....
Just wanted to know from the forum if there is anyone who has successfully kicked out this habit......wanted to know their experiences and how they managed to get past the difficult times.

TCOM .... 100 % and feeling much better then what I was .... ...now if someone comes in my office with the smell of smoke if feel irritate ... it's really sucks specially during summer !
Now i realize how people used to feel bad when i was a smoker
