Please Help!!

Dear Brother(s),

I am from Bangladesh working in state owned Gas Production Company in Bangladesh in a position Deputy Manager (Project Engineer) since 2000. I have graduated in Mechanical Engg. from NIT, Jamshedpur, India and Post graduated in Petroleum Engg. from Stavanger University, Norway.

I am married, having one kid. My wife is a Medical Practitioner (Physician), MBBS, passed in 2007, presently working in a Clinic.

I have an offer from " DESCON ENGINEERING QATAR L.L.C" as under:
Joining: This/next month
Salary: Gross 10,000 QR for 08Hrs
Position: Sr. Mechanical Engineer
Grade:05
Deployment:on bachelor Status
Accommodation:Free
Food:Free
Laundry:Free
Medical:as per Qatari Labor Law
Transportation:Provided by Company( camp to Site and site to Camp)
Leave:24 Paid Annual Leave
Ticket:Economy (Once in a year) Bangladesh–DOHA-Bangladesh.

Please advice me on above. Please also comments whether any opportunities for Female Doctors to practice...

It seems not bad. But if you want your wife to join you she will not be able to come as you have single status. In that case ask for married status, separate accomodation and a car. Yes they do allow female doctors to work here.

Hello, I have seen your post.
Just giving you one example one decent 2 bed rooms apartment(if u wish to bring family here) is not less than QR 6500/- . ask your self if the rest is enough for your living in Qatar. ie family expense, child schooling, transportation, food etc etc.
As you mentioned it is single status. I dont know if you can bring your family here.
What I think in your qualification and experience you should try QP or similar oil related industry. Their they will pay better.
