Give me a MOMENT
What is a moment? It isnt something we measure, or a measure of something.
A moment is a gift. "Can you give me a moment of your time?" translates to: "Can you give me yourself for a while?"
A moment is eternity. Have you ever heard, or said, "I lived an eternity in that moment"?
A moment is now. It means being completely present to the person or opportunity before us.
Something has said, "People with fewest regrets are those who take each moment as it comes, for all that it is worth."
And it is good thing that they do, because the moment will never return. It is the best preparation for the next moment.

A moment is eternity.. ...I can relate to that...
A few years ao, I nearly drownd whilst snorkeling... The whole thing lasted a few moments, but it still is etched in my mind and seemed to last an eternity..
