Electricity and Water Bill Payment

I am facing a problem of paying my electricity and water bill online..The website says "Service unavailable". I have tried hukoomi, kahramaa website, etc.. but all of them display the same. Service unavailable. Kindly tell how are you paying your bill. Thanks a lot.
