codingprofessional ...Go to AlSadd street behind KFC you will find there alot of Cell phone shops check with any they do it for about 100-150QR. and you can take it to Souq Najda Sony Eric shop they will do it for you.

Not so sure..... ...I notice your from the UK, if you mean unlocking from, for example vodafone, so you can use a qtel sim then you can't get it done here I've tried! However if you have just forgotten your password/keylock code then you can.
