Document control procedure varies from one company to another. I have procedures which I am not comfortable sharing as our procedures are exclusively prepared for us, as per our job requirement.

I thought, it looks like someone got an offer for the position which he/she has no any clue about… well.. too sad… as 1. Someone really qualified has missed this opportunity; 2. Someone at the office will have to do his/her job anyway, and this person will only benefit from the salary…

QS..lol ...I have seen many people write a lots of stuff in the CV which they are not even aware of. Somehow they manage to get through the interview. When they are on the job, they keep asking others for help which is really annoying. I just don’t understand why people fake about their experience in the CVs?

Just for your information, I am well experience & qualfiied for the Job I am doing at present; the requested information I need for one of my friend who is working as a Secretary in a reputed organization, he got an extra assignment as a Document Control, that's all, nothing else, pls never give your conclusion until you don't know the real fact, if you can not help anyone, never let down anyone with your words. desert2smile, SPEAKING IN GENERAL... ...FS, speaking of non-professionalism… Just right now our new employee, a holder of privileges of Qatarization process, asked me how to set up the telephone password. I suggested her to call our IT department for the instruction. She confessed that she called them, but couldn’t understand anything. So I called the same guy, and 5 minutes later the password has been set up… Then she asked me how to save a document in Word Format, so I thought, that I expected too much from her while suggesting to get the help from IT in setting her password… well, I showed her that one as well…Now I am wondering, what kind of other work I will have to do for her… Yeah… and by the way, she got 1,5 times as higher salary as I have got… QATARIZATION…
..but it’s funny things, they will need expatriates anyway, otherwise WHO is going to do a job???
