I will try to upload the tech lessons and one fight between each class. Dunno how it will work out since I am in a temp place and the net connection is a wireless one that I am just... on..
Sometimes I get disconnected other times its fine. It takes a 4 min video over 1.5 hours to upload so... I'm up at 3am loading the videos when the owner and the whole neighborhood isn't beating up his connection speed. Yes I am a nice connection hijacker! lol.
Be sure to check the page a day after each FREE lesson (reminder to all you out there who don't come :P). In case you forgot the classes are on Mon, Wed, and Sat starting at 2045 sharp.
I will add any stand up I can get and maybe if there is an interest we can add some basic self defense material here and there.

Martial Arts ...How about Muay Thai? Do you have any idea where to train in Qatar that caters only women? I am about to leave my country to work in Qatar this month. But I'm a bit worried that my Muay Thai sessions will come to an end when i reach Qatar.

I don't know of a woman only ...I don't know of a woman only class for Muy Thai. I know of a mixed Kick boxing class but that's it

we get to use our location ...we get to use our location free thanks to the Judo national team.. If we start getting charged then of course we will have to start paying. Till then.. its free.

I've just moved to Qatar and ...I've just moved to Qatar and would love to take up a martial art - but do any of your classes cater to women (apart from the mixed kick boxing training class that you mention above). Do you have directions to get to where you train? And a list of times/ classes? I'll come to the kick boxing training if there's nothing else on offer to women.

kick boxing sessions ...im looking for muay thai sessions that caters women here in doha, but unfortunately the one i know is only for men..i've been training for 1 year in the my country and i suddenly stopped when i reached here in doha last year... i miss my training and i wish to continue..u might know where to..
