 <title>personal training and nutrition</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;I heard of this place back home where you pay a monthly fee and they offer one-on-one strengh/cardio personal training together with customized nutritional counseling.  They seem to be doing quite well (been in business for 20 years).  I haven&#039;t seen anything like that here in Qatar.  Do you think a place like this would do well here?  I know I&#039;d like to see it!  I have had weight problems in the past but no where here can I find this combination in one place. &lt;p&gt;What use is a 6 minute mile or a six pack if you&#039;re about to kill the boss, or you sit at home depressed with a chocolate bar for company. So having it all is a dream?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;With a few simple steps, we can all be healthier and happier and laugh a little more.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Life is all about living - being happy with yourself and others around you. Its to easy to become negative with your thoughts when your around the wrong people, or within the wrong environment.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Remember to make a change in your life - you will often need to make changes in your life.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;What you do will decide who you are!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Use your time wisely to help dedicate time to where you want to go - if you don&#039;t have a plan or a dream then your likely never accomplish your total fulfillment.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A dream will always be a dream until its written down - then it becomes a goal - try and achieve all your goals in life.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Unlike pushing the weights or pounding the streets - training the mind and soul is about training your inner self - your thoughts - your well-being.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Classes such as Yoga, Meditation are excellent for assisting with your breathing and relaxation enabling yourself to be focused on yourself.&lt;br /&gt;

 <description>&lt;p&gt;For best results, combine aerobic exercises such as walking / running with body toning exercises to develop both good muscle tone and also a healthy heart and lungs.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Always build time for a warm up and stretch into your workouts, giving your body time to recover and rebuild after your sessions to avoid excessive muscle soreness and enable the benefits of exercise to be fully utilized.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;One reason that so many people unfortunately give up with their exercise routine is due to sore muscles and no results. The fact that your muscles are sore, will tell you that they have been worked beyond their normal daily routine.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Your muscles are generally sore due to the body rebuilding them, to make them stronger to cope with the new exertions your placing upon them via exercise.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The results will certainly come, however avoid over training, especially in the early stages, train wisely by not training sore muscles - let your muscles that are sore rest and recovery and work on either your cardio (heart and lungs) or other muscles groups.&lt;br class=&quot;clear&quot; /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

 <title>How to prevent Loss of life in Heart Attack</title>

During a party, a friend stumbled and took a little fall - she assured everyone that she was fine (they offered to call paramedics) and just tripped over a brick because of her new shoes. They got her cleaned up and got her a new plate of food - while she appeared a bit shaken up, Ingrid went about enjoying herself the rest of the evening. Ingrid&#039;s husband called later telling everyone that his wife had been taken to the hospital - (at 6:00pm , Ingrid passed away.) She had suffered a stroke at the party. Had they known how to identify the signs of a stroke, perhaps Ingrid would be with us today. Some ?don&#039;t die. They end up in a helpless, hopeless condition instead.&lt;br /&gt;
It only takes a minute to read this... &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A neurologist says that if he can get to a stroke victim within 3 hours he can totally reverse the effects of a stroke... totally. He said the trick was getting a stroke recognized, diagnosed, and then getting the patient medically cared for within 3 hours, which is tough.  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;RECOGNIZING A STR OKE&lt;br /&gt;
Thank God for the sense to remember the &quot;3&quot; steps, STR. Read and Learn!&lt;br /&gt;
Sometimes symptoms of a stroke are difficult to identify. Unfortunately, the lack of awareness spells disaster. The stroke victim may suffer severe brain damage when people nearby fail to recognize the symptoms of a stroke.&lt;br /&gt;
Now doctors say a bystander can recognize a stroke by asking three simple questions:  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;S*Ask the individual to SMILE .&lt;br /&gt;
T *Ask the person to TALK , to SPEAK A SIMPLE SENTENCE (Coherently: It is sunny out today.)&lt;br /&gt;
R *Ask him or her to RAISE BOTH ARMS. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;{NOTE: Another &#039;sign&#039; of a stroke is this: Ask the person to &#039;stick&#039; out their tongue... if the tongue is &#039;crooked&#039;, if it goes to one side or the other that is also an indication of a stroke}  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If he or she has trouble with ANY ONE of these tasks, call emergency services immediately and describe the symptoms. This is URGENT  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A cardiologist says if everyone who gets this e-mail sends it to 10 people; you can bet that at least one life will be saved.&lt;br /&gt;
