TEAM LEADERS

1)Should be able to handle a team of 25 contact center agents
2) Should have atleast 2 years contact center experience 3) Should have a strong command over english and arabic language (Written as well as oral)
4) Should have good knowledge in computers
5) Should have a fair knowledge about vehicles
7) Should be able to re - locate within 10 - 15 days
8) Should be flexible to work in any shifts
9) Should be flexible with offs
11) Should have worked in the Automobile industry for atleast 2 years and above
12) Pay according to the market standards
13) People should have good knowledge about websites and how the websites function
14) Person should have worked on CRMs, ERPs etc
15) Person should have hands on experience on telephony (Contact Center People)
16) Offer valid till the end of the Month
