Full-time Handyman Wanted

My office is looking for an Electrician / Plumber (1 man) for general office maintenance. I'd rather take someone on recommendation than 300 idiots off the street.

Don't know what the salary will be yet but transport to/from work, food and lodgings should be included. Duration, at least 1 year.
