I was at FFC, they only ...I was at FFC, they only accepted cash, the atm machines outside didn't work.
The other ATMs did not work and had long queues.
The only ATM that worked was the one from a branch of my bank (not a standalone ATM).
Blame QTel.

i called QL, they said some ...i called Qtel, they said some cables got busted. but now my mobile is ok...
