Your only option is to leave ...Your only option is to leave Qatar because you'll need a No-Objection-Letter to transfer sponsorship.
Now that you know what the cost of living is in the gulf, apply in another country and look for a better offer.

Any Qatar Labour Laws About Transfer? ...please inform me & evidently strong info about release from your company to transfer to a new company. are they willing to do this? what are the pros & cons about it? or will they cancel you & deport you for this matter?

Another thought... ...Perhaps you can start doing a bad job at your place of employment, and not even show up for work due to "illness" and soon you will be terminated and sent home. Then you can re-apply for a better job ;-) There are many ways to skin a cat.. diba?

you have to wait 2 years before returning under the sponsorship ...system and laws here. There is no free market competition yet.

Eye Sea... ...Well, perhaps AngelZeth08 can apply to another agency to work in another country like Bahrain? or Oman? or UAE? So as not to worry about the 2 year Qatari Labor Rule.

Yes, that is what a lot of people do ...My own feeling is that the policy drives away talented people and good workers who may not be happy with their employment but still have a lot of positive things to give to the country. It's a shame that the PTB haven't realized this yet and acted upon it. I count count the number of doctors, teachers, professors, engineers and others with a good work performance who have left Doha altogether because they had the misfortune of a being hired by a bad employer. Many would be more than happy to have stayed here under different employment conditions.
I understand the issue about getting some kind of guarantee for the sponsor that pays to bring someone over and train them. But there has to be some middle ground and perhaps a minimum wage system that provides a real living wage would be something to consider.
