No Himachal Pradeshis ...No Himachal Pradeshis another state. If you're in Delhi akshardham temple, lotus temple, all the forts/historical places, Old Delhi. Its especially good for shopping- connaught place, khan market, south extension, greater kailash. U have to haggle/bargain a lot.
Places u cud visit which are in other states
Himachal(Manali, Shimla)
Rajasthan(Jaipur, jaisalmer, Udaipur-awesome places)
