When you are on the Cring ...When you are on the Cring from Ramada toward a'port. Take 2nd trafficlight right. Go to next round-about/lights straight. Then 2 small round-abouts straight. 3rd round-about (big) straight. You will see the Medical Commission on your left. So go to next round-about & turn back.

if Ramada Hotel on your ...if Ramada Hotel on your left, assuming that you are driving from THE CENTRE, take a left turn on the RAMADA signal, then go straight till you reach the 2nd signal excluding RAMADA SIGNAL. Take a right turn on your 2nd signal then keep going straight till you reach the third round-about (the third round-about) is the medical commision round-about.
Hope i didn't confuse you, sorry for my bad english.

Fatcat yes ...Once you cross ramada hotel which is on your Left, cross the first intersection, drive again and keep on your right
just before the 2nd intersection turn right. Keep driving once you cross third round about. You will notice MC on your right.
