Umpisahan ko na.

I AM HAPPY WITH MY WORK because it feeds me with challenges needed to improve my craft, opportunities in which I can grow professionally, and most of all, I can clearly see my value not only as an employee but more as a person. So even if I win the lottery today, still I would not quit my work.

My workplace challenges me everyday. It's like a girl friend.

so far.A housewife taking care of my adorable little boy.But be sure to get back to work as soon as my sister come here in Qatar.

I have to be happy with my work.

I always apply the 90/10 principle.

I am not happy of my work because no challenges..

i truly appreciate your concerns ron_ona... yes, you struck what i am and i've been for within my workplace... if we're the kind of people wanting to grow more... what fruits we are could we expect to be... while the flowers itself blooms stationary. getz?

but sometimes frustrating. Once you work with these people expect the unexpected. After a days work, sometimes I realized its frustrating then it becomes a challenge knowing at the end of the day I accomplished something significant, asserted my idea of the work, argued, answered back and made them shut up. Thats fullfilling!!!!

i am not happy with my job because i am working in "save ur ass type of company". The chance of growth is very minimal. But I have to be happy and try to maximize the experience I can gain, who knows It can be helpful in my future career...

Nobody's perfect... even with companies.

One common mistake we do occurs during the hiring process. We blindly accept the job without even looking at the background or asking about the policies of the companies employing us. How hard it is, during the interview, to ask the employer about their "reward & recognition" program. Or ask them about their "employee appraisal" & how employees are rewarded for good performance. Answers to these will give you an insight on whether you will experience career growth in that company. Kabayan, may karapatan din tayong mag tanong sa ating prospective employer at interviewhin sila wag lang po tayong mahihiya!

Also, we should also ask the growth prospects of the company itself & ask them about their growth performance & expectancy. Wala naman siguro gusto mag trabaho sa company na malapit ng malugi?

Another thing is that companies are run by individuals. These individuals are the one's whom we are actually delaing with each day yung tinatawag nating pulitika. We have to have exceptional people skills to deal with difficult people but often we use too much of our emotions... which causes friction & workplace conflicts. Try to be likeable by everyone, even by the devil. At one time or another, you will need the help of someone in your company. But the more enemies you make, the less chances help will be on your way.

Most of all, focus on work & the enhancement of your abilities. Kasi, maski na doktor, abogado, o ano mang titulo meron ka, hindi ito ang titingan ng tao sa iyo. Ang titingnan nila ay ang husay mo sa pagiging title-holder mo at ang galing mo sa pakikisama sa tao.

Yun lang po.

dito ko natupad lahat ang pangarap ko sa buhay... and i really thank God for giving this blessing to me.. I couldn't ask for more...

its the WORK that I HATE!

Workaholics are addicted to work but not to the results of their work. They work for work's sake. So there's a difference between hard workers, and smart workers. Smart workers deliver results in less time that they should. While hard workers (or workaholics), are those who simply cannot accomplish work within the prescribed normal hours.

Sa office namin bawal ang over-time because it is a sign of inefficiency. We encourage & train people not to be workaholics but instead, we encourage them to maintain the balance between work & life.

Many whose reasons for being workaholics is often to boost their low self-esteem or make them feel important. That's bad.

So if you think you're a workaholic, stop being one for it will only destroy you.

Though if it is necessity sure, why not there are some instances.... but it happens very rare.

I used to love my previous and present job even if I'm not satisfy/happy... I am always exerting my super powers to be effective in my designation :)

Like now, though I am a bit unhappy I always look on the brighter side... I have more more time with my family

I am not happy with my job kasi it doesnt encourage growth. and it feels like im just sitting all day accomplishing nothing. plus ang boss ko pa yung mga pinapagawa minsan waste of time lang. hay naku...
it's good that my colleagues are nice tho, we are all friends, so its nice and im thankful for that. i just wish i could have a better environment where i could grow and be better. that's all, i thank you.... :)
