PSN Welcome back: Free games and content

Sony sent out an email over the weekend to its PSN user base in an attempt to make things right regarding the downtime of PSN and welcome members back with free games; PSN users can now download two free PS3 and two free PSP games through its PlayStation Store.

The available titles for download (two from each category) are:

PS3 (PlayStation 3)
Dead Nation™
InFAMOUS™
LittleBigPlanet™
Super Stardust™ HD
WipEout® HD Bundle

PSP (PlayStation Portable)
Killzone®: Liberation
ModNation™ Racers
LittleBigPlanet™
Pursuit Force™

More freebies
PlayStation Home will offer 100 available free virtual items to members of its virtual social game networking site.

Sony is giving away free 30-day subscriptions to PlayStation Plus which allows users to download playable full versions of featured games, alerts to special offers, and free games till the membership expires.
