ARE BANKS NOT SAFE ANYMORE
This morning I woke up to my surpirse that Doha bank has debited x amt and txn ref x . is this normal with Doha bank because this never happened to me before with any other bank and when i sign in online last accessed is on sunday 07sep08 at 0742am but i was sleeping that time and i only woke up to that message from the Bank at 8.18am.spoke to that bank they say they are working on it.but they are not sure about returning the money.and see the exicitment banks are giving in month of Ramadan. ARE BANKS NOT SAFE ANYMORE TO KEEP THE MONEY..?

about having money back,that was wrong. as a customer u have the right to claim ur money back, Its a process of two weeks some time+ the refund amount will be after deducting fees + different rates between buying when the transfer done and selling when they will refunded to ur account "in case of transfering abroad".

I try to keep as little as ...I try to keep as little as possible in the bank. Had some really bad experiences with banks losing money or charging me for weird charges.
Just don't trust them anymore.

Abu American ...I understand but if is a small amount like fees are some bank charges i can understand but they say its a visa card bill payment and the amount is big.

This is the automated deduction to recover the minimum payment of ur credit card, and this even cus:
1-u requested the bank to do so in case if u didn't pay on time, to transfer the payment for the credit card from ur account.
2- or u delayed and bank did so from them self.
any way it's a safe transaction, but i wonder how the bank staff couldn't help u to recognize the reason of the transaction.
