Please can you help me, I have been offered a job in a private nursery in Qatar, they want me to go back to them with a package, I have 15mth old child and husband, please can you advise me what I should ask for, interms of accommodation, income etc!

That would be a hard one to ...That would be a hard one to work out.......all these things are part of a contract, which should be organised by the employer. Are you already in Qatar?
