Jaidah Motor service disappointed!!
I had problem with my car (Chevrolet Optra) because the engine is jerking. I send my car to Jaidah Motors Workshop at Industrial Area on 23 August 2008. I expect within 1 week the car will be ready but until this day and this second the car is not finished and they said it's because they are over loaded work now (about 90 cars in the queue on this workshop). There is no call from their side about the status of my car until I catch them yesterday over the phone. Only regret they offer to me without any compensation (e.g car replacement, taxi coupon, etc). My wife really needs this car to drop/collect my daughter to/from school. This is really unprofessional service!!
Does any body facing same problem with me??!! How about the engine jerking in Optra is common problem??
I really hope my car will be ready on this week since the school already start now.

you feel that the Engine will jump from your car because of the vibration
the reason of this problem is because of the exhaust Valves, to solve it they should replace the valves and put new set in case only the computer showed the request code on the screen.
