Family Residence Visa
Hi,
I am an IT Professions and have been in Doha since May-2011. I have got a valid work permit and RP. Now i would like to apply & call my family (wife & 1 kid, 3.5 yrs) on Family Residence Visa from Pakistan. My gross Salary is 13500 QR. My organization is willing to provide any assistance in this regard.
Can anybody guide me out, what should be my way forward for applying for the Family Resisdence Visa? As far as my inquiry, following are the pre-requisite
1. Filled Application Form (Attached)
2. Salary Certificate
3. Labor Agreement
4. Passport, ID & RP copies
5. Marriage Certificate
6. Wife & Child passport copies
7. Child birth certificate
8. Six months bank statements
9. Application fees QR 200
Anything else?
As it just 2 months now, i can only get 2 month bank statement produced. Would that be ok? If anybody could also share their relevant experiences, that would be a great reference.

Hi ...Hello Friend,
The above mentioned documents are enough for apply family visa in Qatar. Some time after your application submit they will put the status in required meeting (lejna) and will give you and appoitment and they have committe who decide to approval the application of family visas.
Maybe you can received the visas direct with out the committe's approval. Anyway all the best.

Bank statement a challenge ...I forsee a challenge here since 6 motnhs bank statement is a pre-requisite if I am not wrong......which company u r working for?

bank statement ...My husband applied for my visa nad our son's visa, he had just 1 month bank statement. They rejected they application without any reason, and gave an interview date. He went for the interview and it was successful. They did not mention the bank statement at all. So just apply for the rp and hope for the best.

What about medical test and finger print ...Let me also know when we should go for medical test and finger print, Is it after applying RP or before that?

medical and fp ...first u need to get approval for rp. then only u can go for medical and fp.

Application Rejection by MOL ...3 days back i had submitted all the required documents for the family VISA at Ministry of Labor that includes:
1. Typed Application Form in Arabic
2. Salary Certificate (Gross is 13500)
3. Copy of Labor Agreement
4. Passport, ID & RP copies
5. Marriage Certificate Translation (attested by PAKI Embassy & MOFA, Qatar)
6. Wife & Child (3.5 yrs old) passport copies
7. Child birth certificate (attested by PAKI Embassy & MOFA, Qatar)
8. 3 months bank statements (For me, its been only 3.5 months in Qatar)
9. Higest Eductional Degree & Transcript (attested by PAKI Embassy & MOFA, Qatar)
Today, i found my application request is being rejected (with no description). I believe, the reason of rejection could be my 3 months Bank Statement as they asked for 6 months. My company is private one and not that big & known but my designation is System Analyst there.
Can anyone advice me the way forward? and from where can i know the actual reason of application request rejection? Should i meet their official or re-apply after one week? Please suggest. Thanks.
