mmm ...their's no reason the refuse your visa. usually what happens is that companies buys visas in the bigenning of the year lets say( 10 lebanese,5 philipinos,3 nipalies). and if the company wants you to work with them, they will give you one.

dating a lebanese girl is not a simple thing even for a lebanese guy. i was stroke on how leb girl get so snoby here in qatar the sec they arrive, i had a huge disscussion couple of month earlier aroud 300 thread with pple from all over the world.
it does hurt however to see leb girls dating qatari guys,egyptians or any other nationality although i dont have anything against them but a leb girl should be smarter.
leb girls are calling leb guys as a bad exp or something and that is insulting in a way being a leb guy myself. i was once hosted on future TV in zaven show ( 2 episodes ) to reply on the claims saying that dating a western guy is better then dating a leb guy cz westerners are more honest.anyway thats another story.
speaking of ma self am not dating a leb girl although i would love to find someone to share a meanighful relation with but sadly i have a bad luck in this regard.
lebanese need to understand that the power of lebanese are in their unity and creating this group is a good push in that direction.
if you want we can organize a meeting for lebanese and see how we can help each other. i might have something another leb needs and vice versa.
am always glad to see one leb in qatar helping another instead of screwing with each other on religious or political basis.
for some reason i have been granted the chance to have an impressive exp in the life and life dealing stuff.
as i've said, i am ready to answer or help any lebanese that reach out to me although i had a very disturbant call last week from a lebanese guy who sounded like a gay stalker.hopefully its not one of you guys.

backing each other ...one of the things i like to do here in qatar is to see leb backing each other.
for example am in IBM sales so what i would to see lebanese IT manager or something where we can business with instead of him doing business with god knows what company.
everyday we see egyptian backing egyptian companies,jordanian,indian, etc but rarely lebanese backing a lebanese company and i work in a lebanese company so where are all the lebanese IT managers to back me up.

---> my friend's maid from filipin had a degree in civil engineering ... She only come to work as a maid in middle east because can not find any employment back home. They are all normal people in their home country ... have a family and sometimes have kids to feed.

as the active VP of the lebanese group on QL i have to say that this is a bit dissapointing.
now i can accept this kind of behavior from anybody but not a classy lebanese that knows better not to enter in such a debate.
let me feedback on what just happened in two parts.
the first part for the egyptian gentelman, i do understand what you are trying to do to your friend, i was in a similar situation once where i helped a friend of mine find his wife.if your friend is a lebanese person, its our DUTY ya libnanieh to help each other. not everything in life is about sex maybe this person is a 30-40 year old gentelman and more respectable then anyone one of us and not a horney teen looking for some fun. IF your friend was like ureself an egyptian, he might find what he is looking for in an egyptian group and not here.
As for the two or 3 gents that bashed our guest i can only say (3eib) this gentelman being whoever he is, should not be talked in this matter. when me and nadt considered creating this group, we had in mind that this group will focus on the lebanese qualities that we take pride in like respect and being honorable and not like the westerners yalli bala zo2 ou ma biya3erfou shou ma3net 3eib.
fa plz, keep a minimum space for respect if not for yourself but for the country that you are representing.
if you want to be a part of this group that is aiming to help the lebanese society in qatar you have to be a gentelman which thank god comes in the nature of a lebanese so dont loose it.

Man what is a VP for Lebanese group. Thought you are the Chairman and not Vice President.
If you want to act as a pimp for Lebanese girls, don't do it in the name of Lebanese community. This side business you can do it under the table and don't claim in such case that you are Lebanese.
Also you have no right to talk about Lebanese girls as snobby (unless one of those girls turned you down and complicated your ego). In the same token you don't have the right - in the name of Lebanese - to quote the westerners as people with no values and no ethics.
Know your limits and do not cross it.
