and
ISLAMABAD - (1)DHA Plots (only for Overseas Pkistani)

u know according to me both projects are good. infact, they have a big name in the market. what we need, we need peace, we need security, we need good environment for our children. All and many more we can get in one package by chossing any of them.

all these schemes are three ...all these schemes are three years plans... what would be the situation at DHA phase II extension.... will it be a good place to live there...
where as Eden schemes are almost within te city so for sure there will be no problem for residential point of view..

if u ask me i prefer Eden schemes because i don't want headache and tension. hence, my choice is for Eden villas.

all u need is to download ...all u need is to download form,fill and sign, attach 2 passport size pictures, one copy of your NICOP or RP copy and the demand draft of required money... send it through any fast available courier service to the address mentioned on the form...
Hurry up, 25th Sep is the last date for submission...

I would not recommend house in either ...In my opinion, these schemes are still too far from the respective cities and owning a house there shall cause extra burdon in their maintenance since nobody shall rent them. It is better to invest in plots.

I would say it's a right time to invest in plots specially in ...Islamabad and the market is also down due to Global financial crises ....

Issues with investment ...Issue with investment right now is that value of rupee is going down very fast.
QR 1000 you sent in July this year was worth less than what you send today. It is being said that Rs. - USD conversion rate will go down to Rs 100 to a USD which effectively means that RS-QR ratio will be around Rs 25-26 to a QR. It will be a big loss if you send around QR 200000 (in todays exchange rate Rs. 4400000) to buy a property now and a few months later, this becomes Rs 5000000.
I would suggest to wait for a couple of months before sending money to buy property till exchangee rate becomes stable.
