apart from that 4, there are temporary ones also ...i was lucky to spot one installed temporarily about 400 meteres before the radar. i guess they know people only slow down on reaching rhe radar. Smart cops...

just wondering what the max ...just wondering what the max limit is for lets say a 80km/hr road. in dubai it used to be 100km/hr on an 80km/hr road. is it the same here in doha?

Lamea, in Doha, if the speed ...Lamea, in Doha, if the speed limit is 80km/hr it IS 80km/hr. If you go faster and the radar detects that you will get a fine.

mobile radar ...guys beware..there is a lot of mobile radar in al wakrah road new air port road etc..
there will be a blue x-trail or white pathfinder parked on road side ...its a radar its having camera inside and flash on its fog lamp beware

Andrews, u might be right ...Andrews, u might be right but also wrong, i am a law abiding citizen but there are times u could hardly avoid to get wrong, say for instance, having sticker for wrong parking,eventhough you parked in a safe place and no sign "NO PARKING" etc...

Marriam .. wrong parking and ...Marriam .. wrong parking and overspeeding are two different things. what I said is If you are keeping the Maximum speed limit then no need to worry about radars.
In few places there are boards like "CAUTION RADAR AHEAD"
Seems like they want the speed to be controlled only in the catchement area of that radar.
I have learned my parking lessons in no time but in a hard way. Spent 1000 riyals in a span of few days. Now I know where to park
