Ban period? is it two years?

Hi,

I resigned from my company in June 2010 and at that time they cancelled my visa.

My question is when I can come back to Qatar on work permit without NOC? As my previous employer never provide NOC to any of the previous employees.

I have heard when i left Qatar last year that there is BAN period of two years, Is it reduced or not yet.
