Dear Friends
I Would like to get a info from anybody, this is for my friend,
My friend had been worked in a company almost 6 yrs. After this duration, he requested to the company for Company change. Company allowed that without any condition. After they are moved his application, The PRO compelled to sign on a paper which had written that gratuity and all benefits have received and no any liabilities. The company not paid his gratuity.
What legal action should take for this ???????
