(I did see some in The One but they were attached to some branches and in a rather large vase with a hefty price tag)
Zekreet's the job... they even had some flashing snowmen and I defy you to find some of those in Doha. Cutting Edge!

kiwikitten, how soon do you ...kiwikitten, how soon do you need them? You can find lights everywhere from the co-ops to Carrefour to Home Center, etc, but usually closer to Christmas.

I'll be back here in the US ...I'll be back here in the US for Christmas. This week I went and picked out the 8 foot Christmas tree that I will cut down this year. I like to do it on a warm October day rather than taking a long walk shivering in the snow in December. I'll be back to Doha in two weeks! First thing I'm gonna do there is look for a ten kilo turkey for Thanksgiving. And cranberry sauce, and pumpkin, etc, etc. Too bad Doha doesn't have Pillsbury pie crusts - they have lard in 'em.
