ANNOUNCEMENT: Filexpat's Octoberstfest & Bbq Feast Meeting
Greetings to all! I apologized for the delayed posting dahil we've been all busy sa ating mga trabaho, QLing and weekends curricular activities.

On Sunday at 8pm (October 12), we'll be holding a meeting so we encourage ALL to attend & siguro, sa place na lang namin para wala nang masyadong gastusin so please try to attend. Also, we need some volunteers 'coz we will create a committee for the said event.
Sa mga hahabol naman for the meeting, pwede pa rin po kayong humabol basta inform nyo lang po yung mga medyo close or kakilala nyo nang members or pwede ring ako.
again, maraming salamat po and i'm sure this is going to be another memorable event of the year ever....

QI, suggestion lang, what if ...QI, suggestion lang, what if doon na lang sa regular na kapehan sa Souq Waqif tayo magmeeting instead sa bahay ninyo. Imagine, kahit kalahati lang ng nasa list ang umattend ng meeting, magiging crowded sa inyo, kakahiya naman sa ibang kasambahay ninyo. Tapos problema rin ang parking sa area ninyo.
Kung sa Souq Waqif, okey lang siguro na okupahan natin yun 2nd floor nila, meron tayong mga tables and chairs na magagamit para sa meeting, KKB na nga lang sa pag-order. Maluwag pa ang parking area sa Souq Waqif. Palagay mo?

Kindly advice ALL that the VENUE of our meeting tonight will be at 2/F, Coffee Beanery, Souq Waqif.
Also, be reminded na not all of us are obligue to have orders in the venue. We've ask this place since wala naman tao and we're a regular customer so pls feel free to come.

old souq ...yung malapit sa filipino souq heritage market nila sa loob nun...paggaling ng Jaidah fly over next dun yun boat round about mula roon lakarin mo haggang dulo...pero kung galing kang mannai round about derecho lang hanggang umabot ka sa parking ng souq pumasok ka saloob magtanong sa mga pulis dun....ituturo nila yung way...

found_soul ...kung manggagaling naman kayo fr corniche to grand hamad (bank st.) from your left is alfardan, souq waqif is at your right side. yung malaking parking area na yun, that is the place. 'but', u need to be in the stores inside/restos na may pa-terrace para makarating ka sa beanery. call me if possible.

familiar po kayo sa Grand ...familiar po kayo sa Grand Hamad St. (oftenly called bank st.) from espada, on ur right is the big Al Fardan, korek? now, on ur left, is souq waqif. from the signal infront of al fardan, u need to turn left. once u turn left go straight until u reach R/A. yang R/A na yan ang boat R/A pero ang tawag tlga dyan eh Arab R/A. now, when u turn ur head to the left, that is Souq Waqif. lots of resto/coffee shop inside. diretsohin mo lang yun until u reach one shope with one big frame na babae. just go straight to ur left and siguro mga 15 meters eh makikita mo na ang beanery. located sya sa left side. harap nun eh puro sishahan and resto...
