(filipino) newborn passport application

mga kababayan
gusto ko lng sana humingi ng advice or help kung pano ba kumuha ng passport at visa ng new born?ano po b ang mga requirements n mga kailangan?
at kung lumampas ng ba ng 2months ang baby meron nang penalty sa pg kuha ng visa at passport?
salamat po ng marami....!

Philippine embassy ,with your childs birth certificate(incuede the 1/2 white copy), photo (taken from kodak city center,white backgroud since the baby will be issued an old passport yet), marriage cert.(authenticated with red ribbon), makes 4 (?) copies each.

Once you have the passport go to immigration, typing first with marriage cert copy, RP of both parents, green card and a copy of a blood type if not shown in the green card, check other hamad sticker ,you might have it. After typing go to bldg 3 for visa

tatess said from oryx round about go straight pass ...

3 more r/a. its a big building at the right side corner of that bridge r/a.turn right at the gasoline station,there's an immigration sign on that area so you wont get lost.

note: the next r/a after oryx is the tv r/a.
