you need to endorse ...yes you need to endorse the R/P to new passport thay might be a 50 riyal chages.

When my ...son got a new passport. They had to get a new RP to go into it. It only took 24 hours. Cost was 100QR.
They put a hole through the old passport, making it and everything in it, unusable.
