MOI Traffic violation _fine
one week before my car was just touched to another car nothing happened, but opposite guy is making unnecessarily call to police. police told us to come their office and than he took our id and other details first and than he saw the car but nothing happened to my car but opposite guy told i hit very hard so his lights got damaged,but police not agree and told both us too go.
But when i check the online in MOI web they put me a fine the reason is INSURANCE COMPANY ACCIDENT REPORT.
if nothing happened than why put fine for me??

As the other parties cars head light got damaged, i think the cops has fined you for tat ?
