I am struggling to find a hairdressers (hair salon) that:-

1. Can cut well (short hair)
2. Can colour well (blonde)
3. Can speak and understand English

Any personal recommendations? PLEASE help!

Hi Shazbat! I'm very fond of Najat at Cloud Nine on Lusail. She's recently arrived from North Carolina and is very talented at cutting and color. I have extremely fussy hair and she treats it as though it were the most important thing in the world - which it is!

OverLord, if you referring to Medical Spa, i would suggest stay away from it. I had a bad experience over there, and i know some of my friends have the same experience too ...

Shazbat, George at the Ritz Carlton is great at cutting. He does a fantastic job both with my hair (short, straight) and my daughter's (long, thick, curly).
He's Lebanesse and speaks English.
(I've never done color, though, sorry)

A lot of expatriates like and recommend Glow. I found them a little too "edgy" in terms of cut and color.
