what are the chances of a Pakistani Television Producer making it to Al JAzeera .?? i have a good 6 7 years of news and current affairs experience . i think the biggest factor can be that not many pakistanis know arabic ?

It is an international ...It is an international television network, for sure not all the employees speak arabic. It may have more to do with visas and such, and wanting to make the channel up to western standard to compete with channels such as BBC and Sky News.
