Can you help me to get a job here??

I'm an indian woman (36 yrs) under husband sponceship having more than 10 yrs experience in indian and having 3 yrs experinece as secretary here. I already given add in QL and have attented so many interviews and me r in shortlist everywhere... but last time i don't know no information from there all.. Actually i'm on visit visa under husband spocership and will get family status with in 4 months..may be tht's the reason me rejected from everywhere last..all r taking permanant visa holder only.... so if anyone know if any company taking visit visa applicant pls inform me soon...I'm BSc PGDCA (Kerala University.
