hi buddy ...In order to bring your wife you need to be resident permit visa holder (also called WORK VISIT VISA) in qatar. Your wife can come by visit visa (valid only for staying 6 months and not extendable, and need to pay Qr.200/month for visa extension).
If you want to bring your wife on resident visa(valid for 1 year and extendable as long as you have resident visa in qatar, Qr.1100/- for an year), however in order to bring her on resident visa, your salary should be above Qr.4500/- (this was the criteria before an year, may be more by now).
Initially you need passport copies of yourself,of your wife,kids(if any) along with the marraige certificate attested by indian embassy,qatar.
Keeping all this documents ready, you need to talk with your company Public relation(called mandoup in arabic), he will do the rest in order to obtain the visa and other formalities.
