Keeping it nice and simple!

Hiya all,
I have to confess that I love eating. But.. I'm not a very good cook, and I don't have a lot of time to spare in the kitchen.
So, I need all your help - please!
Let me know of your most simplest yet delicious dishes. Something that is always appreciated, but doesn't require too much time in the kitchen.
I like all types of food, so please contribute and let me know how I can become an expert in the kitchen. Sort of like an "Idiots guide to cooking!" LOL.

mmmm i have three fav recipes ...which are really quick and yummy!!
1. hot dogs and beans pie!
Chop up hot dogs and onion and fry them in a pan
meanwhile peel some potatoes and boil them to make mash
Fry the hot dogs and onion till brown and then add a can of baked beans and a can of tomoatoe sauce, with a dah of worcester sauce and chilli sauce
then mash the potaotoes up ( if you put grated cheese in yummy )
the take the hot dogs and sauce from the pan put in an overproof dish, spread the mask potaote on top and bake for about 10-15 mons and voila done! mmmmmmmmm!
2. cheesy beans on toast with grated cheese on top
3. spicy pasta
boil some pasta, chop up some onion, cheese, peppers, chillis, garlic, ginger, fry for five mins
once pasta cooked mix all together add a dab of vinegar and olive oil and voila done!
if you want to save time buy a hand blender! its amazing how much time you waste chopping veggies - i brought one and use for garlic, ginger, chillis onion! i use it everyday its amazing!

Sunday Chicken ...I don't know how easy it is to get ingredients there in Doha, but this is a favorite recipe and easy to make:
chicken parts, dark or white meat, legs, thighs, breast or what ever your favorite piece of the chicken is
1 stick of butter
1 can of cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup (I also like to add cream of celery too)
1 cup of rice (white)
Paprika
Melt the butter and coat the chicken with it. Put in a dish, 12x13. Layer all of you chicken pieces on the bottom. Mix cream of mushroom soup with approximately 1/2 can of water and the rice. If you have any butter left I add to rice mixture. Pour this over the chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 2 to 2 1/2 hours at 275-300 degree oven. Recipe sounds complicated but is super easy and can be frozen. Enjoy!
