Island in Qatar for family entertentment

Hello,
Can anybody pl let me know - is there any Island in Qatar where number of family can go by launch & have fun , playing cricket, football etc with children & come back? What are the procedures to go there. Is permission required from Govt? Pl get me the detail.

How about Al Sultan Beach Resort?Lot of Familys and Childrens there and outside you can go for a nice cruise on the dunes.At weekend lot of Qataris goes there.
