Introducing myself to this group

anciullo's picture

(Sorry for maybe double posting, but I think I posted wrong before)
I see there is not much action, so I decided to say something,(details not in my profile) why I joined this group:

my nick is anciullo, but my real name is Angelo (from Italy)
I see one of the member name is exactly Angelo (from India, with this nick?funny)
and the group administrator is angel 123
so this group is a paradise
(by the way,I also divorced my wife, recently)
The administrator is a chef (working here in Doha I suppose, can I ask where?) australian
My son is a young chef, moved to Australia since 3 months
And I like cooking, eat and go to good restaurants.
ciao to everybody

If we were to name our place anything else other than
Ungaare It would be Surprise!
Yes, that is what people’s first reaction to our menu is.
Authentic surkh bhuna lobster, Iranian mahi kebab, Seafood broth,
Aatishi jhinga, Norwegian pink salmon Or Raan e Ungaara
All from the red hot coal flames
It makes many wonders; will I get my Mezze here?
The answer is yes. For the foodie, who has a dish in mind
And we do not have it on the menu the answer most likely is still
YES
Just make your request known to the server and we shall ask our arayof CHEFs to do the needful
If we like your recipe, don’t be surprised to find it on the menu, the next Time you visit us. And definitely with a mention of your name.
Ungaare is all about a tour for different flavors through food.
Don’t hesitate to mix different cuisines. We encourage it.
Well anyway, enjoy this foodie tour with us.
If you are on restricted/special diet, just tell your server and our chef Will happily create a delicious dish with those restrictions.
so try this restaurent once ..it is situated in corniche inside ras al nassa complex.
cheers
chef shailendra

well UNGAARE means red hot charcoal in urdu language.(dont think it is a pure indian restaurent)but we have a large variety of indian food too as well as continental and food from most of the countries.

Nanthini Sathasivam said We wanna try out Ungaare ...

Ok... I am truly new to Doha... only 1 week.. but I have a few of us who would love to experiment food and your place sounds like a MUST TRY... so please... some landmarks on where you are exactly located....because I certainly have no idea how ras al rassa complex looks like. Colour of building or something. And what are your opening hours? Thank you.
