I don't whether there are ...I don't whether there are courses, but u can take online courses and practice exams through kaplantest.com....very recommended for such exams.

Test Center and Study Group ...I am sure there is a Test Center around in Doha. May be if we gather enough number of people we could get someone to come and teach us atleast the English part which seems to be the most confusing one.
