Question: Converting to Pounds Sterling from Q.R.

Where's a good place to convert Qatar Rials into Pounds Sterling? We're going through London, and from past experience I know that it's better not to convert money there.

In Doha, are the rates and fees pretty much the same from bank to bank or is there somewhere that it is better to do the exchange?

You get a better rate in Doha.
The rates are much the same in qatari banks.
I always use the AL SAAD exchange in Al Saad street.

Eco-savvy said Al Fardan exchange ...

Best is Gulf Exchange or get it at Al Fardan just remember they all close at 8:00 pm and never wait untill last moment

I lost lot of amount when i changed it in UK...our QNB branch at airport was closed at midnight
