how to find a maid who can help me.

I have lived in doha with only my 11years old daughter since june.
I can do cooking and washing by myself for my daughter after work.
but, problem is that my house has 5 rooms and bathrooms, 1 living room and 1 kitchen.it is so big to clean by alone.
I wanna hire female maid for one or two days only for my house cleaning. i don't know how much do i have to pay for it, but on my
opinion, IS QR.150~200 suitable?, and how to find her who can
help me for one or two days?

First of all you need to find out how many hours you will need her in a day or week or month. Then place an ad in the Gulf Times, and hope for the best. If you have living accommodation for her then you may expect to pay a little less. But if she lives outside, you will have to pay her ALOT more.
If you live on a compound, ask you neighbours if you can share a maid with them.

My husband and are doing part time cleaning houses on weekends (Thursdays or Fridays). We do it on weekend since we are working on weekdays.

Maid and rates. ...In my compound most people pay their part time maids between 20 and 30 QR/hour.
Remember to get a note from their sponsor that they can work for you (and that she is insured!)
I was using an agency once called something like Eurabia something, and they had some good maids. I do not remember their phonenumber though.

Iyar ...If it's only for a couple of days a week, then your best bet is to get someone on your compound. Or you could reply to the above post by the user called 'lemon'.

Hello iyar. ...I didn`t know it was a doll so I`m afraid I can`t help you with that. :)
I just picked the picture because until a few years back my hair was like that.
But good luck in your search.
And if the cleaning is only for a couple of days maybe the easiest thing for you would be (as someone already wrote) to lend a maid from the compound. Alternatively try to find the number for the bureau I mentioned earlier - they just come the number of hours you pick.

If anyone has contact ...If anyone has contact information for Eurabia, the agency Artax mentioned, or any other agency that helps with finding part time maids, I'd love that info. too. I've contacted the other agencies suggested on this site, but no one seems to be dealing with part time maids.
