CHANGING STATUS

Please Need Help.

The Situation Is. I came In qatar year 2005. I used My Single Family Name., 5 months ago. i changed My pasport change status . which is my husband's family Name, and i started To apply In emmigration because my visa attached at my old pasport... now. i need to go home... and my new pasport is without valid visa. i started to process in the jawasat, Emmigration and 1 month Finished. now, My question is ./ How long it will takes Transfering Visa To My New Pasport??? More than 30 days finished. and they said i need to wait 10 days more.....
