in our oriental mentality we do not give a hand to receive money. I am not sure about western mentality. and we are a mixed group here.
Imagine if I see a lady in the nice heat here having a punctured tire and I help her then she offers me money. I will puncture her 4 tires in such a case and let her entertain paying a reasonable amount of money :D
