Rental contract for Baladiya Attestation

I am staying in a Villa (part of villa) and an Indian guy took it for lease from a Qatari, we are paying rent to this indian guy and i have a rental contract signed between me and this Indian guy (a simple word doc with some terms and conditions).

IS there any specific format for Rental agreement, or it should be in Arabic?

Should i make a new rental contract with the Qatari(owner)?

Is there any application form also need to submitted along with contract for Baladiya attestation?

Where is the location for this attestion?

what if the contract is under your name, do you still need Baladiya attestation?

I think for applying for family visa... u still need Baladiya attestation.
