Good Morning,
After learning the common words used in traffic dept. and immigration, let’s learn what are the words commonly used in the post office:
Words
Bareed = Post - not to mix with “bared” = cold
Zarf = Envelope
Qalam = Pen
Resala = Letter
Ersal = Sending
Estelam = Receiving
Quiz

if someone asked u "how to spell the word (the)" then u will answer "ZA" so what I am trying to do here is just giving hints to learn the main words.
on the other hand, if an arabic person will hear non-arabic speaker telling the word "zarf" -in whatever pronunciation- he will realize the meaning wanted from it.

(: I understand what you are ...(: I understand what you are say burv. The point I want to make is that pronunciation and spelling in the Arabic language go hand in hand. We don't spell words wrong to make it simpler.
There are plenty of Arabic language (simplified) teaching methods you can find them online and on youtube. Good luck
