**HELP** Four Seasons Marketing Travel
I have bought a time share from this company that was located behind Home Centre near Al Jeeda Bridge.
Right now they don't have an office and they've been like that for nearly three months. I'm contacting them through the manager's cell phone ONLY. They're not registered in Qtel's directory.
I paid more than QR 10,000 so far and it's been nearly ten months since i signed the contract and i didn't receive my membership package yet!
Does anyone has any experience with them?
I would appreciate any help.
I recently opened a case with Consumer Protection.

I clearly stated in my first message that they had an office behind Home Center when I made my purchase. They also had two working phone numbers and a fax number. They also had at least seven employees at that time.
ONLY recently they closed their office and canceled their phone numbers. So, i'm not stupid thank you.

It will be very interesting ...It will be very interesting to see what Consumer Protection does. After all, even if the management has absconded there still has to be a Qatari owner here.
