i have gynecomastia and I wanted to know if any one here has had that problem, and If you have had surgery for it.?
Could you please tell me the name of the doctor you consulted for this and how was the surgery?
please help me as I am distressed about this...

Do not opt for Surgery because you will be suffering for the rest of your life and you can get even breast cancer.
Regular exercise is helpful , avoid fatty food .
Better get married, it will raise your Male Hormones and breast size will automatically reduce due to increase in Male Hormones.
